To Shop at Natural Products:
Search
Use our search engine to find a specific product. Simply
type in the information you are looking for and a list
of corresponding products will generate.

If you know the specific items you want to purchase,
including the item numbers, you can simply click on
the Express Ordering link, enter the item or item number,
click on the product you want then proceed to checkout.
Ordering
Online
We have simplified
our process of ordering online. In only a few easy steps,
your order will be completely processed.
From
the store front you can choose from a variety of categories.
Once in a category, you can simply click on any of the
products. This will lead you to a detail page of that
particular item. At the product detail page you can
order that item. To place your order simply select
the product quantity and then press the add to basket
button. If
you are done shopping and want to process your order,
you can click on the checkout button.
Once
you arrive at place an order if your are a first time
customer you can just click place order without account
or create new account. Once you create an account it
will hold all of your information so each time you place
an order you do not have to reenter your name, address,
and credit card information. Now you clicked to
checkout where you can change quantities or remove items
as necessary. Click the basket contents button to check
on the quantities and items your are ordering.
To
place an order without an account you will be prompted
to enter your shipping information and then your billing
information. Your order will be processed and you will
be given an order number. To place an order through
account login you will be prompted to verify your personal
information and enter your credit card information.

Payment
Options
We
accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master
Card, American Express, Discover/Novus and PayPal. You
may also pay using a cashiers check or money order when
placing your order by mail.

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Normal delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail
International. Normal delivery is 6 to 10 business days
to major destinations.

Import Duties and Taxes:
Natural Products product prices and shipping charges
do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers
outside of the United States may be subject to customs
fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied
once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer,
are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance
fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.
It
is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed
to import nutritional supplements from the
U.S. It
is important for you to become familiar with the Customs
policies for your specific country before ordering.
Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack
of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the
country you're importing to can result in your order
incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed,
or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check
with your Customs office to see if your country permits
the shipment of our products.
When
ordering from Natural Products you are considered the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving
the goods. Any fees charged to Natural Products
due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations
will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or
items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues
with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will
be issued for the merchandise only, minus 25 percent
of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and
any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees,
shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs
in your country.
Product
Backorders
On occasion, the item you have selected
may be sold out or is not regularly stocked. In the
event that an item from your order cannot be shipped
out at the time that it is placed, we will put that
item on backorder status. This will not affect the other
items you have ordered which will process normally.
We will notify you via e-mail on the approximate delivery
date on your backordered item. In our e-mail we will
request that you notify us if you would like to cancel
the item from your order. If you do not respond to our
e-mail request before the backordered item is available,
we will consider your order valid and ship the item
as soon as it is received.
Return
Policy
Natural
Products, Inc. backs each and every one of our products
with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your products,
simply return the unused portion within 30 days of your
purchase and we will refund the full purchase price
(Less Shipping Charges) or exchange it for another product
of equal value. Your satisfaction is our top priority
at Natural Products. To Return a Product E-mail

(800) 505-3687 to receive your Return Authorization
Number (RAN). You will need to write your RAN on the
package you are sending back. To obtain your RAN you
will need to complete our return request form. You will
receive an e-mail response with your RAN.
International
Returns or Packages Refused
If the package(s) is returned to Natural Products because
of an address error made by the customer, the customer
refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed
into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible
for the shipping cost billed to Natural Products for
the return of the package. If the package is stopped
by customs because items ordered are not allowed in
the country and the package is abandoned, there will
be no credit to the customer for the order.
